Unprecedented Love
This week we have the privilege of celebrating Jesus Christ’s atoning work on the cross. It is a time in which each of us should make time not only to pause and reflect on this incredible sacrifice, but also on the fact that Jesus was beaten, brutally killed, buried, and on the third day He rose from the dead, in order that we might find life.
I do not believe that there is any act of greater significance than the death, burial, and resurrection of Jesus Christ! The death of Jesus Christ was the most famous death in history. The cross of Jesus was so special because of the one who was suffering there. Jesus’ earthly life was the best and greatest life that the world has ever witnessed.
